After a successful initial pilot program, Ridgewood Assisted Living signed a licensing agreement with Nxtgen Care.
Ridgewood Assisted Living, a 52 suite, premier seniors care community located in Nova Scotia, Canada opened for business in 2008. After the initial few years, new owners took over the facility in 2012.
The new owners set out to enhance the overall quality of the resident experience by creating a community based on five key aspects of healthy aging. With this backdrop, Ridgewood became early adopters of novel technology. In early 2017, Ridgewood piloted Nxtgen Care to further improve their residents’ well-being and in doing so improve operational efficiencies.
Before long, the Nxtgen Care Solution was proving its value in spades, delivering a range of benefits for management, staff, residents and residents’ families.
