Bradley Creek Health Center is the latest senior living facility to join our growing network of Certified Nxtgen Care Communities. Located on the 24-acre campus of Carolina Bay in Wilmington, North Carolina, this mixed-use community offers a full range of health care services to meet the needs of the individual.
Bradley Creek Health Center received the award of Best Assisted Living/Memory Care in the 2021 WWAY Viewers Choice Awards. The staff of Bradley Creek provides services for residents and those who live in Wilmington, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care.
